Conversion from Romaji to Hiragana is made wrongly. For example, typing
'tesuto' will produce 'ka i to na ka ra (in Hiragana)'.
The machine is Lenove 3000 V100 and the OS is Vista Busness (32bit) Service
Pack 2.
Device Manager -> Keyboards -> Standard PS2/Keyboards -> Property -> Driver
Details -> 2 items produced:
C:/Windows/system32/DRIVER/i8042pt.sys
C:/Windows/system32/DRIVER/kbdclass.sys.
Update Driver -> The best driver software for your driver is already
installed.

There is no problem for reading any Japanese.
Please teach me how I can rectify the problem please!

What kind of keyboard on that System$B!)(B
What kind of IME are you using?

when you type English, do you have right result?
If so, check your IME settings.

when you type English, do you have right result?> No problem for English

解決方法はKana-ModeをRomaji-Modeに変えることでした、即ち"Ctrl + Shift +
CapsLk"で即座に解決しました。有り難う御座いました。
